Drajver Dlya Lpt Porta Windows 7
Alan Morris PaperCut Software. Parallel ports are absolutely supported in Windows 7. Having a BIOS on the machine seems less problematic than using a PCI card. Send along the manufacturer and model of the card. Right click the computer in Devices and Printers. See if the Printer / LPT port is assigned to the computer. USB to LPT converters usually don't work with this driver. Programs (they start when you insert the Keil CD) are not compatible to Windows 7 and higher.
I have a Brother laser printer hooked up to one of my machines via parallel port, works like a champ - even have it shared.:) The trick is to get the parallel port driver from the manufacturer (or off of the CD that probably came with the printer) and load it in. If that doesn't get it installed, then go to the control panel, devices and printers, and have Win7 look for the printer. It should find it, but may not find a driver. Browse to the install folder and it should find the '.inf' file it need to do the install.
